The
firm K.R.BAGASRAWALA,
was founded in the year 1930
by late Mr. Fidahusain.K. Bagasrawala.
& Nazarali K.Bagasrawala, two brothers,
in Aden.
Our main business in those days was
Importing & Trading of Fragrances.
We were also acting as Agent for M/S
FIRMENICH & CIE of Switzerland and
also enjoying the exclusivity of M/S
S.H. Kelkar & Co Pvt. Ltd Mumbai
India, both leading manufacturers of
Fragrances in their respective Countries.
We were better known in the whole Middle
East as “KAMRADDIN ATTAR”.
In the year 1974,
we established the firm F.K.
BAGASRAWALA & SONS
in Mumbai. We then started exporting
and dealing in Fragrances & in Packing
Materials.
In due course of time
we diversified and started exporting
Aluminium containers, Plastic containers,
Caps, Boxes, Cartons, Stickers etc.
connected with Fragrance & Cosmetics
trade.
In the year 1999, we
set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit in
Pune, where we manufacture & Export
Non-Alcoholic Perfumery Compounds &
Fragrances. As now, we have shifted
to Vasai, with the following Address:
